Damaged in the Kaikoura quakes, this house was re-located to the end of the section and re-piled, before being secured into its current position.

We were engaged to carry out front and rear extensions, with a big emphasis on retaining the house’s street appeal. This era of house is one our favourites, and the porch is seriously inviting.
